What they need
- Collaborate with the fleet management team to coordinate vehicle availability and maintenance
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on fleet usage and performance metrics
- Handle customer complaints or issues related to vehicle condition, booking, or billing swiftly and effectively.
- Administer and coordinate submission of necessary paperwork for any road traffic violations in a timely manner
- Support the team to establish and ensure appropriate project governance policies are followed
- Identify risks, prepare contingency and recovery plans in the event of project delays
- Support in developing strategies to ensure efficient resources planning and allocation in alignment with Lumens' vision and strategy
