What they need
OPERATIONS ADMIN INTERN
We’re looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented intern to assist our operations manager in Paris and get involved across operations, customer experience, logistics and the day-to-day running of the business.
ROLE
- Assisting day-to-day order fulfilment, from processing to dispatch
- Assisting with inventory management, stock counts and stock updates
- Supporting shipping & logistics, including tracking and resolving delivery issues
- Assisting with showroom merchandising and preparing the space for private viewings
- Supporting the team with reporting, organisation and day-to-day projects
- Contributing to new projects and helping improve our operational processes
- Supporting our customer service team with enquiries, orders and customer experience
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, reliable and eager to learn
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
- Fluent in English
