Operations Administrator

About the role

Integra Technical Services is looking for an organised and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to support our team. This part-time role combines office administration with financial support and plays an important part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Adjusters and the Office Lead
• Maintain electronic filing systems, databases, and business records (paper free office)
• Proofread and format reports and templates
• Process and reconcile invoices, expenses, and financial records
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial administration
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal staff
• Coordinate business travel arrangements, including visas where required

About you

• 2–5 years' experience in administration or a similar support role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Qualification in administration is desirable
• Insurance industry experience is an advantage
