Operations Administrator

About the role

This full-time Operations Administrator role at West Tip Waste Control in Malaga, WA offers an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing Waste Management company. As the Operations Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient day-to-day operations of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Providing administrative support to the Operations Manager.
• Processing daily run sheets.
• Reconciling tipping and data entry from daily runs.
• Updating driver schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Handling customer inquiries and coordinating with external and internal stakeholders.
• Maintaining group inbox.
• Client KPI reporting.
• Sales administration.
• Providing general office support, such as managing office supplies and equipment
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of operational processes and procedures

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as an Administrative assistant or Operations administrator.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office suite especially excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
