We are looking for a Operations Administrator (m/f/d), to join our international Operations team. The position is based in Bandung, Indonesia .

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update item, supplier, product, and procurement-related master data in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Support the setup of new products, spare parts, service parts, and purchased materials while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Support purchasing activities, including purchase order creation, supplier follow-up, delivery tracking, and supplier onboarding.
• Assist with RFQs, quotation comparisons, purchasing documentation, and indirect procurement activities.
• Prepare operational reports and KPI analyses and support inventory and transaction accuracy in ERP systems.
• Maintain operational and compliance-related documentation and support audits, data quality reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide administrative and coordination support across Operations and collaborate with Procurement, Finance, R&D, Product Management, and other functions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• First experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Administration, or Master Data Management, ideally within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with master data maintenance and/or purchasing activities is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with a structured, accurate, and process-oriented approach to work.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage different tasks and priorities reliably.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams. Professional proficiency in English; Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
