TCR has a brand-new, exciting opportunity available in our Perth Workshop: Operations Administrator! The Opportunity TCR Group is a global leader in Ground Support Equipment (GSE) solutions that keep airports running smoothly worldwide. As an Operations Administrator , you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations, keeping systems, timesheets and work orders running smoothly while supporting teams in a dynamic, safety-focused aviation environment.

A Snapshot Of What You Will Be Doing Here

• Provide timely, accurate administrative and work order processing support to accounts, compliance and service departments
• Maintain and take ownership of timesheet processing.
• General office duties including mail, scanning, photocopying, filing and archiving.
• Assist operations administrators and operations managers as required.
• Promote a safety-first approach.
• Acquire exposure to the unique nature of the Aviation Industry.

Who We're Looking For

• Experience working with Microsoft Office365 - Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience managing accurate and timely data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fantastic organisational skills, having the ability to effectively prioritise tasks and manage your time.
• Previous experience working in dealership/automotive/workshop settings would be highly regarded.
• Experience with SAP – highly regarded.
