Operations Advisor (Automotive)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations, job orders, and service schedules.
• Coordinate manpower, technicians, installers, and resources to ensure smooth workflow.
• Track job progress and ensure timely completion and vehicle release.
• Assist customers with service updates, requests, and concerns.
• Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure availability of materials and tools.
• Identify operational issues and recommend solutions or process improvements.
• Prepare daily operational reports and monitor performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, Automotive, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in automotive operations, dealerships, or service centers.
• Knowledge of automotive services such as detailing, PPF, tint, or ceramic coating is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; Odoo experience is an advantage.
