YOUR TASKS

• Perform shipment sorting, loading and unloading activities in accordance with operational procedures.

• Process shipment documentation accurately, including manifesting, bagging, and updating shipment status information.

• Handle and secure over-the-counter payments in compliance with company procedures.

• Dispatch pick-up and delivery information promptly and arrange daily courier pick-up schedules.

• Process inbound shipments upon arrival and ensure shipments are made available to couriers for delivery.

• Ensure undelivered shipments are secured and handled according to security policies and procedures.

• Process outbound shipments in accordance with the latest operational processes and guidelines.

• Carry out administrative tasks required for the smooth operation of the Service Centre.

• Support the implementation and compliance of operational practices, procedures, and service standards.

• Coordinate and work closely with subcontractors to ensure timely execution of operational activities.

• Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure service quality and operational standards are consistently met.

• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in daily operational activities while meeting productivity and service targets.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

YOUR PROFILE

• Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness and empathy.

• At least SPM or equivalent and above

• Good Spoken and Written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
