Role : Operation Manager -AIF PMS
Job Summary:We're seeking an experienced Operations professional . You'll oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of transactions, valuations, and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities:-**Transaction Processing: Process transactions, including investments, divestments, and corporate actions.
Valuations:

Reporting: Generate reports for investors, clients, and regulatory bodies.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, SEBI guidelines, and internal policies.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.

**Requirements:-**Experience: 2+years of experience in AIF, PMS, or mutual fund operations.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of AIF and PMS regulations, securities, and financial instruments.
