Operations Analys

Role Description The Operations Analyst is a part-time, remote role responsible for supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of HR and recruitment operations. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and analyzing operational data, preparing reports and dashboards, and identifying trends and areas for improvement in service delivery. The person in this role will collaborate with recruiters and management to streamline processes, monitor performance metrics, and assist in planning and executing projects related to talent acquisition and professional development services. Additional responsibilities may include documenting workflows, supporting implementation of new tools or systems, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the overall client and candidate experience.

• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, such as client relationship support, service promotion, and understanding of customer needs.
• Candidates should possess Operations Management skills, including process analysis, workflow optimization, and performance monitoring.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills, such as planning, organizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant qualifications may include a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Beneficial skills include proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting tools, familiarity with HR or recruitment processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
