Operations Analyst – Boutique Hedge Fund

I’m working with an established Global Macro hedge fund that has built a successful business in the UK and is now continuing to expand its presence in New York.

They are looking to add an Operations Analyst to the growing NYC office, offering a strong opportunity for someone early in their career to join a lean hedge fund environment and gain broad exposure across the full trade lifecycle.

You’ll work closely with traders and Portfolio Managers during US market hours, supporting activity across equities, fixed income, futures and other products, while also collaborating closely with the London team.

The role also offers exposure beyond traditional operations, with the opportunity to build knowledge across areas including risk, treasury, PMS and finance as the business continues to grow.

Ideal background:

• 2+ years’ experience within Operations, Middle Office or Trade Support

• Experience from a bank, broker, asset manager or hedge fund

• Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced trading environment

• Strong communication skills and ability to take ownership
