Operations Analyst

Role & responsibilities

The candidate will support Practice Area Managers in Industrial Goods Practice Area, with execution of the global agenda. Key responsibilities are:

Reporting and business intelligence: Support reporting process for a rapidly growing business segment, including revenue and sales performance, competitive intelligence, and people/operational metrics reporting (promotions, staffing, expenses, billed hours), including preparing analysis and updates for leadership meetings.

Alumni data management: Maintain alumni dashboards and records, track affiliations, and monitor alumni activity

Survey design and analysis: Design and administer stakeholder surveys and analyze responses to inform decision-making.

• System and client database ownership: Maintain client database, working jointly with Global teams; draft, format, and distribute internal newsletters and marketing materials.

AI and workflow automation: Support identification of key workflows reporting, dashboards. Leveraging AI tools where applicable

Ad hoc support: Support other tasks as needed based on availability and demand.

Preferred candidate profile

Attention to detail ensuring accuracy and consistency across deliverables

Education and work experience: B.com or Business administration or economics, and enthusiasm for applying AI in business context. Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude; preferably 2-4 years of experience in a business setting

• Previous internship or work experience in a larger consultancy, other professional service firm or Industrial Goods company a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills including fluent English language skills
• Experience working in virtual and intercultural teams a plus
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
