Operations Analyst

About the role

This position will assist and work with the onsite teams to create and develop reports, monitor CEVA performance, and use the solution design process to increase the business's top line. Help the Operation Manager by analysing existing operations finding opportunities for improvement and doing network/route optimization to increase margin. Leading onsite implementation and onsite operation to meet client standard requirements. This position needs to work closely with key stakeholders on site and the Ground Command Center Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Create and develop reports and visibility of key performance
• Create and develop CEVA's client for MBR and QBR
• Develop growth strategy and loss prevention
• Develop and improve efficient process, workflow, working tools and EBIDA of the site
• Calculate standard cost and standard cost driven of the site
• Lead or assist new process implementation as PMO on the site
• Support Operation Manager and Ground Command Center Manager on customer requirements
• Provide cost modelling to set correct charging rates to customers
• Ensure operations meet standard working with CEVA Operational Standard and customer requirements

About you

• Tertiary Qualification in Industrial/Logistics Engineering or Logistics Management
• 1-3 years of experience (Junior level)
• Previous experience and/or exposure to designing and implementing operational changes and improvements
• Demonstrated experience within the Supply Chain industry across Warehousing, Transport, Air and Ocean
• Basic understanding and knowledge of Supply Chain/logistic Management
• Knowledge of business, office process, procedures and technology
• Understanding of Transportation Systems and Management
• High level of PC Literacy and excellent skills in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• English proficiency with good reading, writing and arithmetic skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills; must be a good communicator able to present at all levels within the organisation
• Demonstrated history of working within a diverse team and ability to build strong relationships with management level to influence change at an operational level
