Operations Analyst

HDM Innovations is an early-stage healthcare AI company headquartered in the United States, building intelligent data, analytics, and automation products for the U.S. healthcare ecosystem. We help payers and providers with data submissions, reconciliation, and reporting. We are a small, fast-moving team working at the intersection of healthcare and AI, and our Hyderabad office is central to our growth.

The Role

We are looking for an energetic and versatile Business Operations Associate to support our Hyderabad office across operations, IT, recruitment, HR, and marketing and sales. This is a broad, hands-on support role, ideal for recent graduates who want exposure to many functions and to learn how a technology company runs. You will work closely with the leadership team and grow with the company.

What You'll Do

Business Operations & Administration

• Support day-to-day office operations: scheduling, documentation, and coordination
• Maintain records, trackers, and internal documents
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers
• Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic administrative tasks

IT Support

• Set up laptops, email accounts, and software access for new team members
• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Maintain an inventory of IT assets and software licences
• Coordinate with external IT vendors when required

Recruitment & HR

• Post job openings on job portals and screen incoming applications
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers
• Support onboarding: documentation, joining formalities, and induction
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
• Help organise team engagement activities

Marketing & Sales Support (Online)

• Manage and post content on LinkedIn and other social media channels
• Support online lead generation, email outreach, and follow-ups
• Help prepare presentations, brochures, and marketing material
• Conduct basic market and competitor research
• Update the CRM and maintain lead and contact lists

General

• Prepare simple reports and summaries for leadership
• Take on other tasks as needed to support the team

What We're Looking For

• Graduates from 20242026; 0–2 years of experience (freshers encouraged to apply)
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Organised, proactive, and willing to learn
• Comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently
• Basic understanding of computers, networks, and common software
• Flexibility to support occasional meetings during U.S. business hours

Nice to Have

• Internship experience in HR, IT support, marketing, or operations
• Familiarity with social media, Canva, or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho)
• Interest in healthcare or technology
