Operations Analyst

A leading financial services company is seeking an Operations Support professional to join its Product Operations (Prod Ops) team on an initial 3-month contract , with the possibility of extension up to 6-12 months. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and process-driven individual who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Working closely with analytics and sales teams, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the accurate setup and launch of commercial offers. This includes maintaining critical business data with precision, verifying data integrity, and ensuring operational excellence across internal systems.

This opportunity is suited to someone with strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proven ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input and manage data across internal databases, spreadsheets, and operational tools to support the timely setup of offers.
• Conduct regular reviews of data entries to identify and resolve inconsistencies, ensuring high levels of data accuracy and integrity.
• Update existing records with precision and maintain documentation to support internal reporting and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with analytics and sales teams to align on offer setup requirements and assist in workflow execution.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while working independently in a distributed environment.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements in data entry and operational support workflows.

Your Background

Essential:

• Demonstrated experience in data entry, operations, or administrative support roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and data validation tools.
• Fast, accurate typing and data entry skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a cross-functional remote/hybrid team.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Desirable:

• Familiarity with offer setup processes or experience supporting sales and analytics functions.
• Exposure to operational workflows within product or commercial teams.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new systems and improve existing processes.
• Experience navigating remote tools and platforms in a hybrid or distributed work environment.
