Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets using advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports utilizing Tableau, Power BI, and other visualization tools to communicate key metrics clearly across teams.
• Collaborate with sales management systems and CRM platforms like Salesforce and Salesforce Cloud to extract relevant data for analysis and reporting purposes.
• Interpret complex business data through quantitative analysis techniques to support forecasting, sales analytics, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Create comprehensive business intelligence reports that facilitate data-driven decision making at various organizational levels.
• Assist in the development of dashboards and visualizations using Data visualization software such as Visio and reporting tools to enhance clarity of insights.
• Support cross-functional teams by providing actionable insights through detailed analysis, process improvement recommendations, and project management assistance.

Skills

• Proficiency in business intelligence and reporting tools including Tableau, Power BI, Excel (with VLOOKUP), and dashboard development software.
• Strong data interpretation skills with the ability to analyze sales management systems, CRM systems like Salesforce, and SQL databases.
• Expertise in data visualization software such as Visio for creating clear process diagrams and visual reports.
• Experience with Salesforce Cloud platform for extracting sales data and supporting customer relationship management initiatives.
• Knowledge of business analysis principles combined with excellent analysis skills for quantitative analysis and forecasting.
• Ability to generate detailed reports using sales analytics & reporting tools that support strategic decision-making processes.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies, project management practices, and the ability to communicate insights effectively across teams.
• Strong understanding of data analysis techniques including CRM system proficiency, business intelligence report generation, and data visualization best practices.

Pay: $65,400.00 - $78,900.00 per year
