Operations Analyst

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Operations Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $120,000 to $175,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage business applications, systems, and technology platforms to ensure reliable daily operations and user support.
• Troubleshoot system issues, evaluate root causes, and implement effective solutions that improve performance and stability.
• Lead application testing, system upgrades, implementations, and technology improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and operational procedures to support business continuity.
• Coordinate technology projects, vendor relationships, and cross functional initiatives while ensuring successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent credential.
• 6+ years of technical support, systems administration, or technology operations experience within a large business environment.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, operating systems, and enterprise applications.
• Possess experience managing organization wide projects, technology implementations, and system lifecycle activities.
• Maintain the ability to work flexible schedules, support critical issues, and travel occasionally as business needs require.
