Operations Analyst

This employer is seeking a Customer Success Operations Analyst to join their team. This role is crucial for modernizing how customer data is managed and utilized to enhance customer success initiatives.

The Role

• Own the reporting and automation layer for Customer Success, translating stakeholder needs into actionable data requirements and building solutions.

• Drive AI-first workflows to surface customer insights, health checks, and recurring reports, replacing manual processes.

• Automate key Customer Success workflows beyond reporting, including renewal tracking, support task triage, and cross-platform integrations.

• Partner with internal teams to define and maintain data quality, documentation, and secure data access models.

What You'll Need

• An AI-first approach to problem-solving, prioritizing agentic or LLM-driven workflows.

• Hands-on experience with modern data platforms like Databricks, including querying and data modeling.

• Familiarity with Python or another scripting language for data transformation and automation.

• Strong communication skills to translate business needs into data requirements.
