Operations Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Collect, validate, and consolidate operational data; maintain performance dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards.
• Monitor operational performance, identify trends and gaps, and analyze results against established targets.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend process improvements and corrective actions.
• Monitor action plans and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with company data governance and privacy policies.
• Maintain data definitions, reporting standards, data-quality records, and governance documentation.
• Develop reports and dashboards, reconcile data discrepancies, and provide insights for business decisions.
• Prepare and maintain ISO-standard procedures, process maps, work instructions, and reporting guides.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve data and operational issues, present findings, and track action items.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• With 5 years of relevant experience in operations analysis, data analytics, reporting, or data governance.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or similar tools.
• Knowledge of KPI monitoring, data quality, root cause analysis, and process improvement.
• Familiarity with data privacy, governance standards, and ISO documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• HMO, healthcare, or insurance experience is an advantage.
• Available to start immediately and willing to work onsite in Makati City.
