Operations Analyst

We're partnering with a growing investment management firm seeking an Operations Analyst to support a real estate investment platform. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in investment operations, real estate finance, commercial lending, fund accounting, or financial analysis who enjoys working with data, reporting, and portfolio oversight.

What You'll Do:

• Help ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial and operational data across a diverse investment portfolio.
• Support the movement of capital through the investment lifecycle, from funding to payoff and ongoing portfolio monitoring.
• Analyze portfolio trends and performance metrics to help drive informed business decisions.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to streamline reporting and improve operational efficiency.
• Assist with cash management activities, investor-related processes, and periodic reporting requirements.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing scalability and reducing operational risk.
• Serve as a key contributor on projects involving data validation, financial reconciliations, and workflow optimization.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, investment operations, banking, commercial real estate, fund administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high degree of attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and financial information in Excel.
• Self-starter who enjoys operating in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Interest in alternative investments, real estate finance, or private credit markets.
