**Requirement/Description:

**Qualifications & Experience

•  Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)     
  

•  2+ years experience in a project coordination, operations, business support, or analytical role within a technology, services, or professional services environment     
  

•  Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations     
  

•  Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, assignments, and deadlines simultaneously     
  

•  Excellent attention to detail and a track record of maintaining accurate information across complex workstreams     
  

•  Strong proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, reporting, and data visualization     
  

•  Proficient in reporting, collaboration, and productivity tools including PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI, and project tracking platforms     
  

•  Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear reports, meeting notes, and status updates     
  

•  Comfortable working with stakeholders across different functions, regions, and levels of seniority
  

**Preferred Experience

•  Experience supporting business operations, operational governance, project delivery, or program management activities     
  

•  Familiarity with project management methodologies, project tracking tools, and portfolio reporting practices     
  

•  Experience creating and maintaining dashboards, scorecards, reporting packs, or executive updates     
  

•  Experience working with Power BI, Tableau, Excel reporting solutions, or similar business intelligence tools     
  

•  Familiarity with service management platforms, CRM systems, or workflow management tools     
  

•  Experience working within a global organization across multiple regions and time zones
