Its core competences are the development, production, distribution and servicing of diesel, gas and electric drivetrains for professional applications that is used in construction equipment, agricultural machinery, material handling equipment, stationary equipment, commercial vehicles, rail vehicles and other applications.

Job Summary Operational Business Intelligence Analyst

• Prepare and manage operational reports for Production, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Purchasing, ensuring data quality, reliability, and consistency.
• Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identify deviations, and track related corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reporting tools to support data visualization and operational decision‑making.
• Maintain and update business intelligence tools and dashboards, and generate standard and ad hoc reports summarizing operational and business data for internal stakeholders.
• Document KPI definitions and reporting specifications to support consistent and reliable reporting outputs.
• Optimize and automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve reporting efficiency.

Requirements

• U.S. Master’s degree in Business, Business Analytics or Data Analytics;
• 6 months of professional experience in an analytical role involving business intelligence or operational reporting,
• 6 months of experience with:
• Architecting or supporting Power BI reporting solutions for operational reporting;
• Building data models and DAX measures (including time‑based and KPI‑related calculations) to support interactive dashboards; and
• Defining and standardizing key KPI’s.

Worksite Location: 1409 Valentine Industrial Parkway, Pendergrass, GA, 30567

8:00am – 5:00pm, 40 hours per week.
