Operations Analytics Vice President

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Analytics Vice President to lead our data-driven decision-making initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of comprehensive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to visualize key operational metrics and sales analytics.
• Oversee the development of scalable data models and visualizations that support strategic planning, forecasting, and performance tracking across multiple departments.
• Collaborate closely with sales management systems teams to enhance CRM system functionalities like Salesforce Cloud, ensuring seamless data integration for accurate reporting and analysis.
• Drive business intelligence initiatives by interpreting complex datasets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
• Manage cross-functional teams responsible for data collection, cleansing, analysis, and visualization to ensure high-quality outputs aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop standardized processes for report generation, dashboard development, and data analysis using SQL, VLOOKUP functions, and other advanced Excel techniques.
• Lead process improvement projects aimed at optimizing sales operations through enhanced analytics capabilities and automation of routine reporting tasks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior analytics or business intelligence leadership role with a focus on operations or sales analytics.
• Extensive proficiency in data visualization software such as Tableau, Power BI, and Visio for creating compelling dashboards and reports.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems like Salesforce Cloud along with experience in integrating sales management systems for comprehensive data analysis.
• Advanced skills in SQL for querying large datasets; familiarity with VLOOKUP functions and Excel data analysis techniques are essential.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data sets into clear insights that support business strategies and operational improvements.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills to collaborate effectively with sales teams, IT departments, and executive stakeholders.
• Experience in project management, process optimization, and implementing scalable analytics solutions within fast-paced environments.

Pay: $200,000.00 - $230,000.00 per year
