Operations & Admin Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized and reliable Operations & Admin Assistant to join our team. This role is responsible for handling general administration and support to keep our daily logistics and operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle general documentation, filing, and record keeping
• Support operations with job sheets, POD (Proof of Delivery) filing, and document tracking
• Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and handle basic procurement tasks
• Assist in accurate data entry, reporting, and general ad-hoc administrative duties
• Support Operations tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in general administration or operations support
• Minimum ‘N’ Level, ‘O’ Level or Higher NITEC qualification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for data entry and reporting
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to track physical and digital delivery documentation efficiently
• Immediate or short-notice starters are highly preferred

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
