This is a key role supporting daily operations and acting as the central point of coordination between customers, technicians, the sales team and internal stakeholders, ensuring jobs move efficiently from quote through to completion.
Offered initially as a 6-month temporary position , there is strong potential for extension or permanency for the right person.
The Opportunity This is a busy and varied position where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for keeping jobs organised, supporting scheduling activities, coordinating communication between stakeholders and ensuring administrative processes run smoothly.
Success in this role will come from your ability to stay organised, manage multiple priorities and provide exceptional administrative support to a fast-moving operational team. - Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with a variety of stakeholders
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
