We are looking for an experienced, high-energy Operations & Admissions Manager to oversee our core administrative functions and drive our student recruitment efforts. In this dual-impact role, you will lead the full student recruitment funnel—from initial prospect engagement to enrollment while ensuring the day-to-day operations of our institution

Responsibilities:

Admissions & Enrollment Strategy:

• Funnel Management: Direct the full admissions lifecycle, ensuring efficient lead tracking, application processing, interview scheduling, and enrollment conversion.
• Candidate Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, conducting information sessions, campus tours, and enrollment consultations
• Target Achievement: Establish enrollment targets, monitor conversion metrics, and adjust recruitment tactics to meet quarterly and annual goals.
• Partnership Building: Work alongside the marketing team to align outreach initiatives, corporate events, and digital campaigns with candidate pipelines.

Institutional Operations:

• Process Optimization: Design, document, and refine operational workflows to ensure efficiency across academic scheduling, facility management, and student services.
• Systems Administration: Manage enrollment software, CRM databases, and administrative platforms to maintain data accuracy and streamline reporting.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Serve as the central hub between faculty, marketing, student services, and leadership to maintain operational alignment.
• Vendor & Budget Oversight: Support operational budgeting, track department expenditures, and manage third-party service provider contracts.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a degree in a related field
• A minimum of 4 years of experience
