Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced and well-connected professional to establish and lead our Freight Forwarding vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business, developing strong client relationships, and managing end-to-end operations for international logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and develop the Freight Forwarding business vertical from scratch
• Drive Sales & Business Development for Air & Sea Freight (Import & Export)
• Utilize strong industry network to onboard clients and generate immediate business
• Handle pricing, negotiations, and closure of freight deals
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, CHA, and transporters
• Oversee complete shipment lifecycle (documentation to delivery)
• Ensure profitability, cost optimization, and service quality
• Build and lead a team as the vertical grows

Industry Expertise Required

• Strong experience in Freight Forwarding (Air & Sea Import & Export)
• Deep knowledge of FCL / LCL shipments and container movement
• Understanding of customs clearance, documentation, and compliance
• Hands-on experience with shipping lines, agents, and vendors
• Existing client base and strong market connections preferred

Experience Requirement

• Minimum 15+ years in Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry
