Operations & Business Coordination Manager

Job Overview

UK Chem Corp is seeking an Operations & Business Coordination Manager to oversee daily operational activities, inter-department coordination, customer requirements and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate day-to-day business and office operations.

· Monitor sales, customer, dispatch and administrative workflows.

· Coordinate between management, sales, accounts and logistics teams.

· Review operational records, MIS and performance reports.

· Track pending activities and ensure timely follow-up.

· Support process improvement and efficient workflow management.

· Handle important customer and operational coordination when required.

· Report operational issues and progress to management.

Candidate Requirements

· Graduate or Post Graduate preferred.

· 5+ years of relevant operations, administration or business coordination experience.

· Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel/Google Sheets and ERP systems.

· Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

· Experience in manufacturing, trading or industrial business preferred.

· Responsible and capable of managing multiple activities simultaneously.
