Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the business needs by assisting to analyse current processes, and supporting to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
• Conduct desk analysis and gather data points to support in the decision process
• Learn on different techniques to gather user feedbacks to adapt and adjust on proposed solutions
• Learn to liaise and manage stakeholders from various departments and functional teams
• Assist to create support materials (E.g. user guide/ standard operating procedures)
• Assist to build and maintain AI-powered tools to support day-to-day business tasks, ensuring quality and relevance to end user needs

What we're looking for:

• Keen to develop themselves in the profession of process improvement and change management
• Excellent communication skills, including writing skills, and a team player
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident and eager to learn
• Highly organised with effective time management
• Able to work independently and get things done within the deadline
