SuperHub is a digital marketing agency that lives in the fast lane. We produce content and raise sponsorship for racing drivers across the BTCC and Porsche Carrera Cup paddocks, and we help businesses get found in Google and in AI search. We're growing quickly, our client list is getting longer every month, and we need someone to keep the whole machine running smoothly.

The role

You'll be the person who makes sure everything happens when it should. Our CEO leads on sales and strategy; you'll take everything else off his plate and make the business run like clockwork. That means managing the diary, planning race weekend logistics, keeping contracts and invoices moving, onboarding new clients and making sure every client feels looked after.

You'll also keep our creative team on track, working closely with our content creators, videographers and developers so deadlines are met and nothing slips through the cracks. As our outreach grows, you'll take the first meetings with new enquiries and qualify them before they reach the sales table.

What you'll be doing

Running the CEO's diary and keeping priorities in order
Planning race weekends: travel, accommodation, passes and schedules
Managing contracts, invoicing and chasing payments
Onboarding new clients and being their first point of contact
Keeping the content and technical teams on schedule
Taking and qualifying first meetings with new prospects
Spotting problems early and fixing them before anyone else notices

What we're looking for

You're organised to the core. Lists, deadlines and loose ends are your natural habitat. People like dealing with you, whether that's a racing driver, a sponsor's marketing director or a member of our own team. You're calm under pressure, confident on the phone and happy to make decisions without waiting to be told.

Experience in operations, account management, office management or a PA role would be a real advantage. An interest in motorsport or marketing is a bonus but not essential; we'll teach you the paddock. Driving is essential.
