We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations & Client Relations Manager to oversee daily client interactions, onboarding, documentation, and cash systems while ensuring excellent service delivery. You will manage community growth, coordinate day-to-day activities across departments, and uphold company processes, structures, and operational standards

• Manage daily client interactions, including documentation, queries, and cash systems.
• Oversee the onboarding of new clients and maintain up-to-date records for existing ones.

• Uphold all processes and structure of the company

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of BSC
• 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
