What they need

We’re looking for an organised, proactive person to join our team, working across both Kit Factory (sportswear) and Empire Clothing (workwear).

Both brands are growing quickly, with recent investment into e-commerce, marketing and systems to support the next stage of growth. This role sits right at the centre of that - helping us deliver a smooth, high-quality experience for every customer.

It’s a hands-on position where no two days are the same, combining customer support, order management and day-to-day operations.

⸻

About us

Kit Factory supplies bespoke and branded sportswear to football clubs, rugby clubs, schools, academies and teams across the UK, with a focus on fast turnaround, quality and a modern club-first experience.

Empire Clothing provides workwear, uniform and branded apparel to businesses, helping teams look professional and consistent.

Together, we work with a wide range of customers - from local organisations to growing brands - with a strong focus on service, reliability and long-term relationships.

⸻

What you’ll be doing

  • Processing incoming orders accurately and efficiently
  • Producing quotes and invoices
  • Ordering stock and managing supplier communication
  • Supporting customers via email, phone and website enquiries
  • Keeping customers updated on stock issues, lead times and backorders
  • Producing job sheets and artwork proofs
  • Creating high-quality product visuals and supporting design work for customer approvals
  • Managing and updating CRM systems and job tracking
  • Supporting smaller customer accounts and trade clients with a personal touch
  • Working with suppliers and outsourcing partners
  • Maintaining organised systems across Google Drive and internal files
  • Greeting customers in person (collections and walk-ins)

⸻

Working with the wider team

You’ll be working closely with both the Business Development and Production teams day-to-day, helping to keep everything aligned as orders move from enquiry through to delivery.

This means being in the loop on key accounts, understanding what’s coming through the pipeline, and making sure production is set up to deliver on time. You’ll play a big part in keeping communication clear across the team and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

⸻

What we’re looking for

  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Confident communication (written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive mindset - someone who looks for solutions
  • Good IT skills (Google Drive, CRM systems, general admin tools)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop etc.) is strongly desired but not essential - full training will be provided
  • An interest in clothing, branding or a fast-moving, team-based environment is a bonus

Full training will be provided, so the right attitude and willingness to learn are key.

⸻

What you’ll get

  • Be part of two growing brands with clear momentum
  • A varied role with real responsibility from day one
  • Opportunity to grow into account management, operations or production

Additional benefits and information:

  • Staff uniform provided
  • Free on-site parking
  • Discounted clothing across both brands
  • Access to selected corporate events and hospitality
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (30 min lunch)

Full-time | Office-based
