About the Role

We're looking for an organised, reliable and proactive individual to join our team in a versatile part-time role covering order fulfilment, inventory management and customer service.

You'll play an important role in ensuring orders are processed efficiently, stock is accurately managed and customers receive an excellent experience.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfilment

• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.
• Coordinate shipping, deliveries and returns.
• Manage orders across online and wholesale sales channels.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Receive, check and organise incoming stock.
• Conduct regular stocktakes and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate stock movements between suppliers and warehouses.

Customer Service

• Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone.
• Assist with order updates, shipping enquiries, returns and product information.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

About You

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Confident using computers and online business systems.
• Friendly, professional and customer-focused.
• Able to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Previous experience in fulfilment, inventory management or customer service is advantageous.
• Experience with Shopify or inventory management software is a bonus.
