Operations & Documentation Assistance– JOB PROFILE / TERMS

• Preparing Shipping Instructions / BLs & submitting to shipping line
• Checking Draft BL received from shipping lines & getting approval from clients
• Confirmation of BL drafts & arranging for collection of Original BLs
• Dispatching original BLs to clients against payment or credit as applicable
• Preparing & executing Airway Bills
• Tracking status of shipments & updating to clients
• Customs Documentation / Exit Entry Preparation (Air / sea / Land)
• Preparing Invoice / Packing list
• Applying for Certificate of Origin with Dubai Chamber of Commerce
• Dubai Municipality Documentation, Preparation of FIRS & Phytosanitary
• Assisting accounts department
• Coordination with shipping lines / agents/ clients, Filing of all documents
• Scanning all job files & uploading in the JBM system
• Arranging delivery order collection, transportation.
• Import Customs Clearance & Delivery.
• Handle outdoor operations if required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Mandatory Skills that will be tested at the end of probation period:

• Good knowledge of Excel / word / power point
• Should be able to handle operations desk completely.
• Managing and delivering errorfree work.
• Delivering work on time.
• Improved formal email writing skills, speed of work, organizing skills, pre-planning.
