Operations & Documentation Executive – Freight Forwarding / NVOCC

Job Type:
Full‑time (9.30 am to 6.30 pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day‑to‑day operations related to NVOCC and freight forwarding.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation (Bills of Lading, invoices, surrender requests, IGM/SCMTR filings, etc.).
• Coordinate with shipping lines, ports, and customs authorities for smooth cargo movement.
• Monitor vessel schedules, container status, and ensure timely updates to clients.
• Support import/export clearance processes and liaise with CHA/customs brokers.
• Maintain records and follow up with clients for payments and compliance.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably commerce/logistics background).
• 1–3 years of experience in NVOCC / freight forwarding operations, port handling, or documentation.
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Good knowledge of shipping processes, customs documentation, and MS Office.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
