Operations & E-Commerce Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and hands-on Operations & E-Commerce Assistant to join our team in Ubi. In this hybrid role, you will assist the Operations Manager with physical warehouse inventory management, accurate e-commerce pick-and-pack fulfillment, and essential delivery documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Daily picking, packing, and labeling of online orders across platforms (Shopee, Lazada) for courier collection
• Receive incoming stock shipments, inspect goods for damage, verify quantities against delivery notes, and arrange bin locations
• Conduct regular physical cycle counts, monitor stock levels, and prepare stock replenishment for retail partners and B2B clients
• Prepare Delivery Orders (DO), tax invoices, and shipping documents accurately; coordinate daily handovers with 3PL couriers (NinjaVan, J&T, Shopee Xpress, etc.)
• Maintain a safe, clean, and neatly organized warehouse and packing workstation

About you

• GCE 'O' Level / GCE 'N' Level / ITE / Polytechnic Diploma
• Prior experience in e-commerce packing, warehousing, or logistics is preferred
• Fresh graduates / Entry-level applicants with a good attitude are welcome to apply
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel/Word, email)
• Familiarity with e-commerce seller portals (Shopee/Lazada) or inventory software is a strong plus
• High attention to detail (SKU matching), punctual, responsible, and a positive team player
