Position Summary

The Sales Execution, Operations, and E-commerce Manager drives revenue growth and internal efficiency by managing the entire business pipeline. This role directly executes sales outreach, designs and monitors operational workflows, and oversees the day-to-day performance of the digital storefront.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Management

• Storefront Optimization: Maintain product listings, update pricing, and improve visual merchandising.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze conversion rates, average order value, and website traffic metrics.
• Inventory Forecasting: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to prevent stockouts.

Sales Execution

• Deal Closing: Execute outreach, follow up with warm leads, and push deals through the sales pipeline.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer data and generate regular revenue reports.
• Client Onboarding: Draft agreements, manage contract signings, and welcome new clients.

Operations Planning

• Workflow Design: Build, map, and document company-wide Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Project Tracking: Oversee project timelines and ensure the team meets key deliverables.
• Resource Mapping: Align operational goals with budget capacities and team availability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing Shopify or similar digital storefronts.
• Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales execution and pipeline movement.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php75,000.00 per month
