Operations and Events Coordinator

Event Executive (Corporate Events, BTL & Branding Activities)

Role Objective

Ensure smooth planning and flawless execution of events and BTL activities by coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients on-ground.

Key Responsibilities

1. Event Planning & Coordination

• Assist in planning and execution of corporate events, activations, and branding projects

2. Vendor Management

• Identify, coordinate, and manage vendors (fabrication, production, promoters, logistics, etc.) and Negotiate basic pricing and ensure cost control

3. On-Ground Execution

• Handle end-to-end event setup, execution, and dismantling and Ensure branding, staging, and deliverables match approved designs .Manage manpower (promoters, volunteers, technicians)

4. Client Coordination (On Execution Level)

• Support Client Servicing Manager during events and Handle basic client queries and real-time requirements on-site and client satisfaction

5. Logistics & Inventory

• Manage transport, material movement, and inventory tracking

7. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare post-event reports (photos, videos, execution summary) and Submit expense ontime

Required Skills

• Strong coordination and multitasking ability

• Basic negotiation skills & Willingness to travel and work flexible hours

Experience

• 0–3 years in event management / BTL / promotions

• Freshers with strong interest in events can be considered

Educational Background - Any degree (Event Management / Marketing preferred but not mandatory)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
