Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Hard & Soft Facility Management including HVAC, electrical, DG, UPS, plumbing, fire safety, housekeeping, security, pantry and other services.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong stakeholder relationships, regular communication and timely resolution of concerns.
• Manage vendors, AMCs, SLAs, service quality, invoices and operational costs.
• Ensure EHS, fire safety, statutory and workplace compliance, including inspections, drills and documentation.
• Monitor preventive maintenance, utilities, energy consumption and overall facility upkeep.
• Prepare MIS, maintain SOPs/checklists and support audits and facility improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3+ years of experience in Corporate Facility Management, Commercial Buildings, IT Parks, Co-working Spaces, or Integrated Facility Management.

• Strong knowledge of Facility Management, including Hard & Soft Services.

• Hands-on experience in EHS, Fire Safety, and Statutory Compliance.

• Sound understanding of HVAC, Electrical Systems, DG, UPS, Utilities, and Preventive Maintenance.

• Experience in Vendor Management, SLA monitoring, and service delivery.

• Knowledge of Budget & Cost Control and Energy Management.

• Proficiency in Documentation, MIS reporting, and record management.

• Strong team leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
