Working days & Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 6:00 pm)

RESPONSIBLE:

1. Vehicle Management
Upon receiving the Vehicle Inspection Checklist from driver, officer will conduct a reinspection to verify the vehicle condition and email the consolidated update. Any damage, repair requirement, or discrepancy must be highlighted for further action.

2. Hostel Management
Continue with the existing arrangement of conducting one hostel visit/audit every month. Ensure the hostel condition, inventory, cleanliness, maintenance requirements, and any other issues are checked and submit the monthly report to Regional Manager.

3. Office Management
Conduct a weekly check and report on any repairs, maintenance, replacements, or improvements required in the office.
