Operations & Field Associate

We are a growing professional painting company running multiple crews, and we are looking for more than just a laborer. We need a Junior Associate who is ready to master the trade of painting while being groomed for a future leadership or sales role.

You will work directly with our Lead Foreman to learn the high-end residential and commercial painting business. This is the perfect position for a recent college grad or someone with a background in business/operations who wants to learn a "recession-proof" industry from the ground up.

What You’ll Do (The Field)

• The Foundation: Master the essentials—prep work, sanding, caulking, and masking.
• The Craft: Learn professional "cut and roll" techniques and spray applications.
• The Heights: Work safely and confidently on ladders and scaffolding.
• Team Support: Maintain a clean job site and assist the Foreman with daily production goals.

What You’ll Learn (The Business)

• Project Ops: How to manage materials, job-site flow, and crew efficiency.
• Sales & Estimating: Shadow the owner to learn how to measure jobs and interact with clients.
• Leadership: As your skills grow, so will your responsibility in managing project timelines.

Requirements

• Education: Some college or a degree is preferred (we value the ability to think critically and communicate clearly).
• Physical Ability: Must be comfortable on ladders and able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Character: You are punctual, professional in appearance, and have a "no task is too small" attitude.
• Reliability: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
