Operations and Finance Assistant

About the role

Bali Signature Management is a villa management company operating villa complex in Uluwatu, Bali. This role combines financial administration with hands-on operational work across our properties, making it ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented and keen to learn both sides of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and organize financial documentation (invoices, contracts, receipts, supporting documents)
• Track supplier invoices: receipt, verification, due dates and payment status
• Prepare payment remittances and support payment reconciliation
• Produce basic analyses and reports (e.g. expenses by property, supplier spend, budget vs. actual)
• Carry out regular inventory checks at our properties and report discrepancies
• Prepare purchase orders and verify that deliveries match what was ordered
• Provide day-to-day support on operational management tasks
• Conduct inspection visits to accommodations, reporting issues and maintenance needs

About you

• Degree (or advanced student) in accounting, finance, business administration or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in administration, finance, hospitality or operations
• Good command of Excel / Google Sheets
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail, organized and able to follow processes
• Valid driving licence (motorbike and/or car) and willingness to travel between properties
• Legal right to work in Indonesia
