Operations & Finance Manager

• Oversees the overall operations of a cafe and restaurant business and provides operational support and oversight for the other branch as assigned by the management.
• Manages payroll and administration and coordinates the company accounting system and related financial processes.
• Oversees inventory management and inventory controls for all branches.
• Develops, implements and monitors operational systems, procedures, and internal controls.
• Oversees administrative functions and ensures that established company policies and processes are followed.
• Leads operational discipline and corrective action and assists management with employee discipline and process implementation across branches when needed.
• Supervise and coordinates the work of the administrative and support team under your area.
• Reports significant operational, financial, inventory, and employee concerns to the Managing Director.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
