About the Role

We are looking for a highly adaptable, analytical, and empathetic professional to join our team as an Operations & Growth Associate. This is a dynamic role designed for someone who is hungry to learn and eager to wear multiple hats.

You will begin on the front lines in Product and Customer Experience — mastering our product, understanding our clients, and solving problems with empathy. As you grow and demonstrate mastery, you will have the opportunity to contribute to other areas such as Marketing, Technology, or Content.

Core Responsibilities Initial Phase – Product and Customer Experience:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and requests with empathy and professionalism.
• Analyse customer feedback and pain points to provide actionable insights to the team.
• Support the product team to upload and manage content across our website and social channels, ensuring customers experience Kubona’s premium standard digitally.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to educate customers effectively.

Growth & Cross-Functional Responsibilities (Based on fit, experience and need):

• Marketing: Support campaign execution, market research, and analysis of user engagement data.
• Technology/Product: Develop new features, provide user-experience feedback, and assist with basic technical troubleshooting or product tasks using AI or other programming technologies
• Content: Develop product text, images and videos for website, social media and other relevant content channels
• Transition smoothly between functions as business needs evolve while maintaining high standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC experience in a fast-paced corporate or startup environment.
• Must reside within a 15 km radius of Oniru, Lekki to ensure manageable commute times and control transportation costs.
• Ready to work full-time on-site. Occasional work on Saturdays or public holidays may be required based on business needs (compensatory time off will be provided where possible).
• Highly teachable with a proven ability to learn new software, skills, and processes quickly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; relies on logic and data.
• Exceptional emotional intelligence and genuine desire to help customers.
• Adaptable mindset — comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities. No task is too small or too big.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₦235,000 Net per month
• Growth Review: Subject to an upward salary review after a 6-month probationary period, contingent on successful confirmation and potential cross-functional reassignment
• Meals: Daily lunch provided on-site
