Operations & Indirect Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Indirect Procurement Specialist to support the core procurement processes, vendor management, and Integrated Quality System (IQS) standard for a global firm in the FMCG industry.

The Operations & Indirect Procurement Specialist will play a key part in driving operational efficiency, maintaining ISO audit compliance, and coordinating daily production planning and facilities management.

The responsibilities of the Operations & Indirect Procurement Specialist include:

• Organize and support ISO audits
• Help keep all systems properly certified
• Follow up on audit actions and improvement plans
• Vendor management
• Create and monitor purchase orders
• Monitor POS materials with the Sales and Marketing teams
• Support production planning, including raw material purchases
• Manage warehouse transfers and assembly goods in the ERP system
• Update and share internal Supply Chain and Procurement processes
• Prepare reports and update digital records
• Keep filing systems organized
• Support facilities management
• Support business administration, including car fleet, fuel, tolls, cost tracking, and equipment handover for newcomers and leavers

The ideal candidate for this Operations & Indirect Procurement Specialist position should have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a related field
• Good written and spoken English
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with ERP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good organization and communication skills
• 1-2 years of experience in indirect Procurement and IQS
• FMCG experience is a plus.
