Operations & Inventory Coordinator

ABC Handyman & Restoration is hiring a reliable and organized Operations & Service Coordinator to support repair, maintenance, and restoration projects. You’ll coordinate customers, technicians, schedules, work orders, materials, and project updates to keep jobs moving efficiently from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

• Schedule service appointments, technicians, contractors, and projects
• Communicate with customers about timelines, updates, and service details
• Manage work orders, estimates, invoices, reports, and project records
• Track project progress and help ensure timely completion
• Coordinate customers, field teams, vendors, and management
• Assist with material ordering, inventory, and supply coordination
• Handle scheduling conflicts and customer concerns professionally
• Support improvements to service quality and operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in handyman services, construction, restoration, property maintenance, dispatch, or customer service preferred
• Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience with CRM, scheduling, or field-service software is a plus
