Operations & Inventory Coordinator

Job Overview

Fiaz Enterprises is hiring a reliable and organized Operations & Inventory Coordinator to support inventory, order processing, fulfillment, and daily supply chain operations. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys coordinating products, suppliers, warehouse teams, and customer orders in a growing leather goods and accessories business.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inventory, orders, fulfillment, and daily operations
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels
• Process customer orders and coordinate shipment preparation
• Track incoming products, receiving, labeling, and inventory organization
• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, shipping providers, and internal teams
• Maintain invoices, purchase records, product information, and operational reports
• Track orders and resolve inventory or fulfillment issues
• Support e-commerce operations and product availability updates
• Help improve workflows, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory, operations, logistics, e-commerce, retail, or warehouse coordination preferred
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Experience with ERP, inventory, warehouse, or order management systems is a plus
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, purchasing, or vendor coordination experience is a plus
