Operations & Inventory Coordinator

• Coordinate and assign tasks to general workers for loading and unloading of materials
• Liaise with lorry drivers on operational issues and report to management when necessary
• Maintain accurate stock in/out records in the Autocount system
• Ensure physical inventory matches system records
• Monitor and report any stock discrepancies or shortages
• Ensure all incoming goods are in good condition and meet required quantities
• Conduct weekly stock takes and prepare inventory reports
• Support purchasing, quotation preparation, and general administrative duties
