Operations and Inventory Manager

About the role

This role oversees daily operations and ensures smooth execution across teams, with responsibility for inventory, warehouse, logistics, and supply chain management across retail, B2B, and eCommerce channels. The position involves leading operations and warehouse teams, managing processes and workflows, and coordinating across multiple departments to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth execution across teams
• Develop, implement, document, and improve processes, workflows, and SOPs
• Identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies and implement solutions
• Monitor KPIs, improve productivity and cost efficiency, and provide recommendations to management
• Oversee inventory and warehouse operations across retail, B2B, and eCommerce channels
• Manage receiving, storage, stock movement, picking, packing, dispatch, transfers, and returns
• Ensure accurate inventory tracking, stock counts, reconciliation, forecasting, and replenishment
• Manage logistics, deliveries, transfers, and returns while coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners
• Lead, mentor, and support operations and warehouse teams
• Prepare operational, inventory, and performance reports for management

About you

• Ability to lead, mentor, and support operations and warehouse teams
• Experience establishing clear roles, workflows, responsibilities, and performance expectations
• Capability to train employees on SOPs, warehouse procedures, and inventory controls
• Experience monitoring performance and providing coaching and corrective action
• Ability to coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, HR, customer service, and other departments
• Experience resolving cross-functional issues and ensuring timely follow-through
• Proficiency in preparing operational, inventory, and performance reports
• Experience tracking KPIs for operations, warehouse, inventory, fulfillment, and logistics
• Ability to maintain accurate SOPs, records, reports, and business documentation
• Knowledge of compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
