OPERATIONS & LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

Position

Operations & Logistics Coordinator

Experience

1–2 years of experience preferred

Candidates with experience in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement or Coordination will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations and logistics activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, transporters and internal teams.
• Follow up on purchase orders, shipments and deliveries.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Coordinate transportation and shipment-related activities.
• Maintain logistics, purchase and delivery documentation.
• Regularly follow up with suppliers regarding product availability and dispatch.
• Communicate with customers regarding order and delivery updates.
• Assist with sourcing and procurement activities when required.
• Prepare and maintain basic reports using MS Excel.
• Identify delays or operational issues and coordinate for quick resolution.
• Support the management team in daily operational activities.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of logistics, operations and supply chain processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
